One of the important strategies to face crises is the strategy or entrance of empowerment. By considering that woman is an essential and crucial component of the communities' prosperity, different international organizations have adopted the principle of women's empowerment as a key objective in their programs. As an example, the United Nations Development Program has developed a program that encourages the empowerment of women in decision-making at all levels ranging from houses through to the government. Il représente un événement qui entraîne de nombreux effets négatifs et ceci est un accord avec les thèmes les plus importants d'intérêt pour les différents pays, et à travers l'analyse et l'étude de l'évolution de la crise. Crise moment critique et un tournant, ou une attitude soudaine conduit à de nouvelles conditions d'instabilité, produisant des résultats indésirables, dans un court laps de temps, nécessitant une grande compétence pour gérer et répondre. Cependant, ce ne sont pas disponibles en tout temps, généralement au cours de la crise, les parties concernées ne sont pas prêts, ou est incapable de confrontation.
