Résumé Alors que la plupart des pays du monde réalisaient l'importance du bloc économique sous ses diverses formes juridiques dans le développement des relations économiques et le bien-être de la vie, la plupart d'entre eux conglomèrent, et seuls quelques-uns ne sont pas regroupés, comme le monde arabe économiquement dispersé, qui traite faiblement et humblement avec les grands blocs économiques mondiaux, à l'instar du modèle de l'Union européenne, et Conscient de la formalité des blocs arabes tels que le Conseil de coopération du Golfe arabe et l'Union du Maghreb arabe.A travers cet ouvrage, nous cherchons les enjeux de la relance de l'Union du Maghreb arabe entre politique économique et économie politique à travers une étude intellectuelle juridique comparée au droit de l'Union européenne, pour identifier les causes d'échec et les mécanismes de redressement. Summarized While most countries in the world realized the importance of the economic bloc in its various legal forms in the development of economic relations and the well-being of life, most of them conglomerate, and only a few are not united, such as the economically dispersed Arab world, which deals weakly and humbly with the major global economic blocs, like the European Union model, and aware of the formality of Arab blocs such as the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council and the Arab Maghreb Union. Through this book, we seek the issues of the revival of the Arab Maghreb Union between economic policy and political economy through an intellectual legal study compared to the law of the European Union, to identify the causes of failure and the mechanisms of recovery
