المهاجرون التواتيون في تونس وإسهاماتهم 1900_1962 م

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة ظاهرة الهجرة في إقليم توات (حالياً ولايات أدرار وتيميمون وعين صالح ) نحو تونس، خلال الفترة الاستعمارية ومختلف تأثيراتها، وتركز على أسباب الهجرة من الإقليم نحو تونس، وكان الاستعمار الفرنسي السبب الرئيسي في حدوثها، ثم تتجه الدراسة إلى الإلمام بحياة المهاجرين في تونس بالتطرق إلى أوضاعهم القانونية والإدارية وحياتهم الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية، وقد كانت لهم أوضاع خاصة ودورا بارز في كل المناحي المذكورة، وتهتم الدراسة بكفاح الجالية التواتية في تونس، وقد شارك التواتيون المهاجرون بقوة وبفاعلية في مساندة إخوانهم التونسيين في نضالهم ضد الاستعمار الفرنسي، وبعد اندلاع الثورة الجزائرية في الفاتح من نوفمبر سنة 1954م لبوا نداء الوطن من مختلف مواقعهم بتونس وساهموا بالنفس والنفيس في تحرير الجزائر.

This study addresses the phenomenon of immigration in the Touat region (currently the states of Adrar, Timimoun and Ain Salah) during the colonial period and its various effects, and focuses on the causes of migration from the region towards Tunisia. Then the study turns to understanding the lives of immigrants in Tunisia by addressing their legal and administrative conditions and their social, economic and cultural life. They had special conditions and a prominent role in all the aforementioned aspects. The study is concerned with the political, trade union and revolutionary struggle of the Touatian community in Tunisia.The Touatian immigrants actively participated in supporting their Tunisian brothers in their struggle against French colonialism. After the outbreak of the Algerian Revolution on November 1st, 1954 AD, they answered the call of the homeland from their various locations in Tunisia and contributed personally and preciously to the liberation of Algeria.
