أسباب الخلاف العائدة إلى الدلالات اللفظية من خلال كتاب بداية المجتهد لابن رشد

Abstract

إن اختلاف الفقهاء لم يكن نتيجة هوى أو تقصير في بدل الجهد إنما كان منيا على قواعد أصولية دقيقة . فتناولت في هذه الرسالة مجموعة من هذه القواعد المتعلقة بالدلالات اللفظية المختلف فيها والتي تفرع عن هذا الاختلاف اختلاف الفقهاء في مسائل فقهية عند ابن رشد رحمه الله تعالى من خلال كتابه "بداية المجتهد ونهاية المقتصد" وحرصت أن يكون بحثي مختصرا تطبيقيا ليتسنى لنا فهم جانب من الأسباب التي حملت الفقهاء على الاختلاف وإبراز مدى ربط ابن رشد رحمه الله تعالى للفروع الفقهية بأصولها.

The aim by studying the subject of the impact of government support policies on economic stability in Algeria during the period from 1993 to 2020 ; was to examine the impact that government support policies create on economic stability indicators. The focus was placed on social transfers as a key component of government support strategies aimed at improving citizens’ living standards. The study explored the main aspects related to both government subsidies and overall macroeconomic stability, employing a descriptive approach alongside the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model for the empirical analysis. The findings indicate that social transfers have varying effects on different indicators of economic stability. This effects are largely due to the significant amounts of public spending allocated to government support policies, reflecting their vital role.
