This reform movement brought about a radical transformation. It was a decisive turning point in guiding the African societies in the MassinaregionAs it brought about religious, intellectual, social and political revolution and contributed to the spread of Islam among the pagan societies. However, the Sufi QadiriTijani conflict contributed to the decline of the Massina al-Qadiri emirate, which did not last long despite the cultural advancement it achieved was established, Consequently, UmariTijaniyya Caliphate. To achieve its objectives, the study adopted the clinical method for diagnosis and follow-up, in addition to a quasi-experimental approach based on a single-group design with pre-test, post-test, and follow-up measurements. The study sample consisted of ten cases, purposively selected from individuals diagnosed with Survivor Syndrome following exposure to road traffic accidents. All participants underwent a cognitive-behavioral therapeutic program specifically designed for this purpose. Data were collected using a depression scale, along with a semi-structured clinical interview.
