    <title>Handout course  TOPOGRAPHY 1</title>
    <link>https://dspace.univ-adrar.edu.dz/jspui/handle/123456789/9330</link>
    <description>Title: Handout course TOPOGRAPHY 1; Handout course TOPOGRAPHY 1
Authors: MAHMOUDI, Abdelkader
Abstract: One of the oldest arts practiced by man. Since from the earliest times it has always been necessary&#xD;
to mark boundaries and divide tracts of land. Topography cover a wide range in scope and&#xD;
complexity, from the staking out of simple structures or the surveying of small parcels of land to&#xD;
the extensive and difficult surveys required in the construction of subdivisions, bridges,&#xD;
highways, canals, dams, railroads, wharves, missile and rocket launching sites, drainage and&#xD;
irrigations systems, or the survey of relatively large portions of the earth’s surface.&#xD;
This pedagogical support is designed to teach Topography to second year –Civil Engineeringlicense students at Ahmed Draia university, Adrar. This handout is produced to enhance and help&#xD;
students’ comprehension, assimilation and skills about the relative importance of measurements&#xD;
which i see crucial to equally develop in order to achieve survey proficiency among civil&#xD;
engineering students.&#xD;
The basics are presented in our handout in five main chapters. In the first chapter, it was a&#xD;
question of seeking to present the generalities on topography, by presenting the importance of&#xD;
the calculation of measurements on land.&#xD;
In the second chapter, the measurement of distances by direct and indirect methods was treated&#xD;
and well detailed.&#xD;
The third chapter aims to present the measurements of horizontal and vertical angles.&#xD;
The fourth chapter is devoted to the determination of surfaces. In this chapter, examples of area&#xD;
measurement of various types are presented.&#xD;
In the fifth and last chapter, we see how to measure the difference of heights between the points&#xD;
(the rise) via direct and indirect leveling.

    <title>Methods and Techniques of Biochemical Analysis I</title>
    <link>https://dspace.univ-adrar.edu.dz/jspui/handle/123456789/9297</link>
    <description>Title: Methods and Techniques of Biochemical Analysis I
Authors: ATTOU, Amina
Abstract: This module, titled "Biochemical Analysis Methods and Techniques I," constitutes the methodological cornerstone of your Biochemistry Bachelor's degree. Offered within the Methodological Teaching Unit (UEM1), it carries 5 credits and a coefficient of 3, underscoring its fundamental importance in the curriculum of a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry.&#xD;
The central aim of this course is to equip the student with a complete and essential toolkit for tackling any analytical challenge in the life sciences. This module is dedicated to acquiring practical and theoretical skills.&#xD;
The module explore two major pillars:&#xD;
-&#xD;
Sample preparation and fractionation methods (centrifugation, dialysis, lyophilization...), which are the indispensable steps for obtaining clean, concentrated biological material prior to any analysis.&#xD;
-&#xD;
The fundamental principles of spectroscopy (UV-Visible, Infrared, Atomic), which form the physical basis for most modern detection and quantification instruments.&#xD;
By mastering these techniques, the student will be able to develop a critical analytical mindset and will learn to choose the most suitable method for a given problem, understand its limitations, and correctly interpret the results it provides.&#xD;
This course builds upon the knowledge acquired in Biology, General Biochemistry, and Chemistry. It, in turn, serves as an indispensable foundation for practical laboratory work, final-year projects, and future professional life.&#xD;
We wish to each student a stimulating exploration into the heart of the instruments and principles that make the invisible visible and discover the molecular language of life.
