Résumé Alors que la plupart des pays du monde réalisaient l'importance du bloc économique sous ses diverses formes juridiques dans le développement des relations économiques et le bien-être de la vie, la plupart d'entre eux conglomèrent, et seuls quelques-uns ne sont pas regroupés, comme le monde arabe économiquement dispersé, qui traite faiblement et humblement avec les grands blocs économiques mondiaux, à l'instar du modèle de l'Union européenne, et Conscient de la formalité des blocs arabes tels que le Conseil de coopération du Golfe arabe et l'Union du Maghreb arabe.A travers cet ouvrage, nous cherchons les enjeux de la relance de l'Union du Maghreb arabe entre politique économique et économie politique à travers une étude intellectuelle juridique comparée au droit de l'Union européenne, pour identifier les causes d'échec et les mécanismes de redressement.
